Apparel quality issues — shrinking, fading, loose stitching, off-tone dyeing — usually only show up after the customer has worn the product a few times. By then it’s too late. We catch these before they leave the factory.

What Wholesale Apparel Buyers Ask

Can I send my own tech pack or design files?
Yes — and we prefer it. Tech packs save back-and-forth and produce more accurate samples. Send measurements, fabric specifications, stitching details, trim placement, and reference images. Don’t have a tech pack? Send us reference photos and rough size charts and our pattern team will build one for you.
What’s your sublimation print quality like compared to screen printing?
Sublimation prints are dyed directly into polyester fibres, so they never crack, peel, or fade — even after hundreds of washes. The trade-off: sublimation only works on polyester or poly-blend fabrics, and the lightest available shade is determined by the base fabric colour. For cotton products, screen print or DTG is the right choice.
Do you manufacture matching sets (top + bottom in same fabric)?
Yes — matching sets are one of our highest-volume apparel categories. Hoodie + jogger combos, crop top + legging sets, full tracksuits. We dye-lot match the fabric across both pieces so colours are consistent within each set.
Can I order multiple sizes within a single MOQ?
Yes. For example, an order of 200 hoodies can be split across S, M, L, XL, and XXL — all five sizes count toward the same MOQ. Same applies across colours within the same design. We don’t require separate MOQs per size or colour.
What sizing standards do you follow?
We produce to whatever size chart you provide. Default sizing follows international standards (XS–XXXL with US, UK, and EU equivalents). If you’re targeting a specific market — US, EU, Middle East, or Asia — we’ll adapt sizing accordingly. Size grading consultation available if you don’t have a chart yet.
How do you handle fabric and colour consistency between orders?
We document fabric specs and lab-dip Pantone matches for every approved colour. Repeat orders pull from the same documented spec, so colours and feel stay consistent batch after batch. Slight variation in natural fibres is normal, but we hold each order within a tight tolerance against the original approved standard.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Always. Stock samples ship within a few days. Custom samples — with your logo, fabric, sublimation print, and finishing — are produced in 5–10 days depending on complexity. Sample charges are fully refunded against bulk orders that meet MOQ.
How do you handle international shipping?
Air freight via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for fast delivery (5–10 days). Sea freight FOB Karachi for bulk orders above 500kg — apparel is bulky and sea freight dramatically reduces per-unit cost on large orders. DDP shipping available where we handle customs and duties at destination.
