Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind every product we manufacture. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right — here's exactly how it works.

1 Order Processing Time

Standard retail orders are processed and dispatched within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase. This window covers quality control, packaging, and handover to the courier.

Custom, personalised, or private-label orders require additional production time and are quoted individually at the time of order confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your shipment leaves our Sialkot facility.

Note for wholesale buyers: Wholesale and OEM orders follow the lead times agreed in your Pro-Forma Invoice (typically 25–35 days for bulk). Wholesale orders are governed by the terms of your individual purchase contract and not this retail policy.

2 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Return requests submitted after this window cannot be processed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
  • Free of any odour, stains, sweat, or signs of training use

Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom-made, personalised, or branded products
  • Hand wraps, mouthguards, and inner gloves (hygiene items, once opened)
  • Items damaged through normal use, sparring, or improper care
  • Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

3 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, manufactured with a defect, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll cover the return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

To process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage
  • A photo of the shipping packaging (if damaged in transit)
  • A short description of the issue

4 How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email info@prosidz.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.

Get Approval

We'll review your request within 1–2 business days and send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return address.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely with the RA number visible on the outside, and ship via a trackable courier.

Receive Refund

Once received and inspected (3–5 business days), your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Important: Returns sent without a Return Authorisation (RA) number may be refused or significantly delayed. Always contact us first.

5 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage in transit), Prosidz covers all return shipping costs and you'll receive a full refund including original shipping.

If the return is for change of mind, wrong size, or other customer-side reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6 Refund Processing & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfer (T/T): 5–7 business days after processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds to alternate accounts or methods.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund within 10 business days, first re-check your bank account, then contact your card company or bank as posting times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received it, email us at info@prosidz.com.

7 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size or product. For all other exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

8 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet started. After this window, cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

9 International Orders

For orders shipped outside Pakistan, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the product or shipping price and are not refundable.

If a parcel is refused by the customer or returned to us due to unpaid duties, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees are non-refundable.
